Step into a world where secondhand meets fine dining! Thrift & Dine was an immersive pop-up experience where we transformed the local thrift store, EPD Market, into an elegant dinner venue - pairing gourmet food with vintage charm.
THE MENU
We served exquisite crispy Alsatian Flammkuchen with Rosemary Goat Cheese Cream, Confit Shallots & Caramelized Walnuts. Next was a velvety Mountain Lentil Soup with Hazelnuts & Crostini. An honorary mention to our Lemon Tagliatelle with Braised Mushrooms, Pecorino & Lemon Thyme. We ended the night with Vanilla Ice Cream, topped with warm Sesame Oil and toasted Sesame Seeds, offering the perfect sweet ending to this indulgent meal.
